Adult Family Care is a program of Opportunities for Inclusion (formerly known as GWArc), a 65 year old highly regarded human services agency headquartered in Waltham, MA. Our AFC Program has been in operation for over 10 years.

We recognize people will be coming into your home, thus we assign each family their own nurse and care manager to provide consistency of care and to establish trusted relationships.Our staff members have over 22 years of combined experience with our AFC program.
